Shipping

Products that are in stock usually ship within 3 business days. If products are not in stock, they may take 4-6 weeks to ship. Please feel free to email us for product availability prior to placing your order.

We ship by United States Postal Service (USPS) unless you have already made prior arrangements for a different carrier. We combine shipping to save you money whenever possible and refund shipping overages when appropriate. If you would like to upgrade or expedite shipping, additional charges will apply. Please contact us to arrange this.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any and all additional fees that may be incurred, including but not limited to import duties, tariffs, taxes, VAT.

Returns

We pride ourselves on creating exceptional products. We package and ship carefully to ensure a safe arrival.

If, for any reason, you decide to return your order, you must contact us within three days of receipt for return approval. Include a photo of any damaged items in your email. If needed, items must be shipped back to us within one week of complaint. Any damages incurred during transit are the responsibility of the service provider, not those of Gentle Meadow Goat Farm. If your package was damaged while in transit, please file a claim with the service provider.

Custom orders are final sale. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
